We aim to have your order to you within 2 working days – this can be quicker if you live in NSW or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.  There may delays that are out of our control. 

FREE COLLECTION
Collection times will be emailed to you on placement and payment of orders. Collection times for customers in the Coffs Harbour region are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 6-7pm – Lyle Rose Memorial Park, Fourth Ave Sawtell;  Wednesday, Friday, Saturday Sunday – 10-11am Coffs Harbour Home Base; 3-4pm Lyle Rose Memorial Park, Fourth Ave Sawtell; or Sun-Sat – private arrangement

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $100
If you are between Bellingen & Woolgoolga then we can deliver your parcel for free, alternatively, you can choose FREE click and collect.
If your package is suitable for local delivery/collection we will contact you via phone or email advising you of an estimated time.
If you are not home, we will leave at your front door if you are happy for us to do so. Please ensure that you have a safe area out of the weather for us to leave your package.

You will receive an SMS from us once your packages have been dropped off, please confirm receipt by replying via SMS.
Please note that we are not responsible for the loss or damage of parcels that are left unattended at properties.

LIMITATION

We reserve the right to remove FREE delivery & shipping options at any time as directed by the authorities.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this stage we do not ship outside Australia, however we will help if you are keen on a particular item in-store.  Please contact us via email on happy@happyhabitat.com.au with your requirements and we’ll endeavour to get back to you within 2 working days.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Out of Stocks – we update our site’s products daily however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item (either online or in our store, when that is ready) as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
