Dr Gundry’s Plant Paradox diet is a whole new revolutionary diet that has had incredible results. It’s tricky and realistic all at the same time. Lectin-free is not always, if ever, accommodated by gluten-free. The only real way to do it is to stick to the YES / NO list – but even that leaves you with a tummy rumbling and wondering what you can eat right now?
There’s a wealth of information out there but we’ve found some great quick reference ones.

Dr Gundry’s PP diet went a long way to assisting in the saving of my husbands life. After contracting a virus which attacked his heart he later got diagnosed with sarcoidosis after suffering 18 cardiac arrests. Fortunately for him he was very strong and healthy to begin with but after all he endured, his body was in bad shape.
I found it difficult to find all the PP friendly foods we needed. I have also tried to keep Dom’s diet as organic as possible because I believe that organic food has all round better integrity and when you’re trying to get well it’s best not to allow any unfriendly additives into the mix.
Anyway, long story short our good friend Caithe put us onto this diet. The meds have their merit absolutely but the positive results through his recovery are definitely assisted with the PP way. No doubt about it!
